Armadillo

My taxidermy armadillo is falling apart. Hes like flaking away and deteriorating. I am not happy about this, but theres not much I can do. His snout tip is like completely wrecked.
I basically havent looked at him close in 2 years, so who knows how long this has been happening.
I’m none too happy.
Does anyone know where I can look into encasing stuff into lucite?
I have no idea where you can get an encasing, I dont even know what lucite is. But i now want an armadillo. I think every household should have a stuffed armadillo….just saying
Do you have any kind of urge to own a disintegrating taxidermy armadillo? I can drop him off… just saying
